- Try an init string of AT&F1. That will set you up with the default settings
- for hardware flow control. Also make sure you are plugging your tel line into
- the correct socket on the modem and have your PC and software set up for the
- right comm port settings. Remember, if you are using an external modem you
- must have a high speed comm port (16550 UART) to support speeds over 9600 baud
- reliably.

- I use a Power 28.8, which uses the same commands, and I connect at 26400-28800
- with everything I call (so far!).
